hOW OFTEN SHOULD I GET MY WINDOWS CLEANED?
Residential windows are usually serviced once a year or Spring and Fall. Commercial Windows however need to be done more often. Usually monthly or at the least, Quarterly. This keeps them presentable for the businesses customers or clients.
WHAT TYPE OF CLEANING SOLUTION DO YOU USE?
We use environmentally safe product s. This reduces the potential allergic risk to Our customers and their pets.
Exactly what do you do when you clean my windows?
Windows are washed with a soft scrubber and squeegeed. We detail the edges, Wipe the frame, and clean the track or sill. This way there are no drips left and Everything Is presentable.
CAN WINDOWS BE CLEANED IN THE WINTER?
Yes! We are an all-season window cleaning company. Commercial customers need that constant service. Our residential customers can be serviced also but on warmer winter days. To wash residential windows, we need to open the windows to remove screens. Some residential windows tilt-in and others have storm windows. On cold days that would be too much heat loss for the customer
ARE YOU INSURED?
We are bonded, we have liability insurance, and we carry workman's compensation. Having these protects our customers.
DO YOU WORK WITH BUILDERS AND OTHER TRADES?
We are associated with a few great builders doing first time cleanup for t hem. We also are requested on a continues basis by commercial and residential cleaning services. We even have been referred to customers by power washers, landscapers, and roofers as well to name a few.
